Ingredients:
- Basmati rice - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 big (sliced)
- Green chilli - 2 (sliced)
- Fresh Pudina leaves (mint leaves)
- Carrot - 3 sps (chopped)
- Green peas - ½ cup
- French beans - 3 sps
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 sp
- Lemon - 3 sps
- Kaju (optional)
- Cooking oil - 4 tbsps
- Gram masala, sajeera - 1 sp, lavang - 4 cloves, dalchini - 4 sticks, elachi - 3.
- Milk - 2 cups
- Salt as per ur taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add all the garam masala’s and kaju.
- Now add onion, green chilli and pudina leaves. Fry them till the onions are cooked.
- Add all the vegetables and fry for 5 mins (as shown).
- In a rice cooker/pressure cooker mix rice and fried vegetables.
- Pour milk, water and lemon juice. (measure as shown or based on your experience).
- Add salt as per ur taste. Cook till the rice is fully cooked (as shown).
