Ingredients:
- kus-kus – 1 spoon
- Thill - 1 spoon
- Badam - 4to 5
- Tomatoes-4
- Onion-1 (chopped)
- Karipatha leaves
- Mushroom-6 to 7
- Paneer- ¼ kg(cut into cubes)
- Mutter (green peas)
- Red chilli powder-3sps
- Daniya powder-1sp
- Turmeric powder- ½ sp
- Garam masala- ½ sp
- Carrot-2(chopped)
- Cooking oil-3tbsps
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Blend kuskus, thill & badam in to powder. In the same jar add 4 tomatoes (cut into big cubes) and make a paste.
- Now pour some oil in a pan and add chopped onion & karipatha. Let the onions cook for 3 to 4 mins.
- Now add the above blended mixture to the onions, fry this till the oil separates. Now add carrot, mutter , mushroom and fry it for 2 to 3 mins…..now add all the masala like red chilly powder, daniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder & fry it for another 1mins (not more than 1 min or else ur masala will be burnt)
- Add 2 glasses to water and salt as per ur taste. Bring it to boil, then finally add the king (main item) to the dish i.e. paneer cubes.
- Let it boil for 10mins and garnish with coriander leaves.
