Ingredients:
- Kothimir (Fresh Coriander leaves) -1 big blow (finely chopped)
- Besan - 2 small cups (chana dal powder)
- Wheat flour - 1 small cup
- Rice flour - ½ cup
- Ajwani- ½ sp
- Thill- ¼ sp
- Cooking soda - 2 pinchs
- Onion -2 (finely chopped)
- Cooking oil - for deep frying
- Red chilli powder - 2sps
- Turmeric powder - ½ sp
- Daniya powder - 1sp
- Jeera powder - ½ sp
- Garam masala powder - ¼ sp
- Sump powder - ½ sp
- Salt as per ur taste.
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl with water (as shown).
- Pressure cook the above mixture for 20 mins.
- Cut into cubes as shown.
- Heat oil and deep fry them as shown. You can keep the steamed mixture in the fridge for 2 day and fry them when req.
