Coriander Vadi

Ingredients:
  1. Kothimir (Fresh Coriander leaves) -1 big blow (finely chopped)
  2. Besan - 2 small cups (chana dal powder)
  3. Wheat flour - 1 small cup
  4. Rice flour - ½ cup
  5. Ajwani- ½ sp
  6. Thill- ¼ sp
  7. Cooking soda - 2 pinchs
  8. Onion -2 (finely chopped)
  9. Cooking oil - for deep frying
  10. Red chilli powder - 2sps
  11. Turmeric powder - ½ sp
  12. Daniya powder - 1sp
  13. Jeera powder - ½ sp
  14. Garam masala powder - ¼ sp
  15. Sump powder - ½ sp
  16. Salt as per ur taste.

Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl with water (as shown).
  2. Pressure cook the above mixture for 20 mins.
  3. Cut into cubes as shown.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry them as shown. You can keep the steamed mixture in the fridge for 2 day and fry them when req.
  5. Very innovative snack item is ready to be ravished :)
