Ingredients:
- Poha-1cup
- Onion-1
- Green chilli-2
- Groundnuts-2sps
- Rai & jeera-1sp
- Turmeric powder-1/2sp
- Karipath-7 to 8 leaves
- Cooking oil-2tbsps
- Lemon- 1/2
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander leaves
Method:
- In a pan heat oil. Add rai, jeera and groundnuts. Fry them for 1 min.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli, turmeric powder and karipatha. Fry them till the onions are cooked.
- Meanwhile soak poha in water for 3 to 4 mins and then drain the water out.
- Now add poha to the fried onions. Add salt and mix well.
- Close the lid for 3 to 4 mins. Add fresh coriander.
- Take poha in a serving plate, add few drops of lemon juice and sprinkling of shev.
- Simple and light breakfast is ready to serve .
