Ingredients:
- Onions- 2 (sliced)
- Garlic flakes-10 (grated)
- Rice-1cup
- Jeera- ½ sp
- Sajeera- ½sp
- Cooking oil -1tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan pour oil, as the oil gets heated, add jeera and sajeera. Fry for ½ a min.
- Add sliced onions & grated garlic, fry till they r light brown.
- Meanwhile cook ur rice with adding a little salt to it.
- Finally mix the rice in the pan with the onions & garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
